To maximize your tour experience please ensure that these general guidelines are adhered to;

BADGES
Please wear your tour badges during pick-up time and the entire of the tour for easy identification.

INSURANCE
Passengers are highly recommended to purchase travel insurance on your own.

RESERVATION
Reservation can be made through the concierge at your respective hotel or by calling our office (Tel: 2166 6252, Fax:03-2166 7309)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Although every precaution will be taken, we are not responsible for any articles lost by passengers while on tour. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or change any stops in event of circumstances beyond their control.

PAYMENT
Full payment has to be made on reservation or confirmation of the tour.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel the confirmed bookings, the following cancellation charge will be imposed: - More than 24 hours - 50% of the tour fare. Less than 24 hours - No refund

CHILD FARE
Children between 3-11 years old will be charge as per stipulated tour price.

TRANSPORTATION
All tours are conducted either in air-conditioned coach, micro van or car depending on the number of the persons.

PICK-UP SERVICE
Complimentary pick-up service is provided from any major hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Please wait at the hotel lobby based on arranged pick-up time. For hotels outside Kuala Lumpur, a transportation fee will be charged based on location.
