17. GENTING HIGHLAND TOUR |
| Situated about 6,000
feet above sea level and only about an hours drive
to take the visitors away from the hustle and bustle
of the city, it offers fresh mountain air and lush
green surroundings. Visitors could also experience
30 minutes Skyway Cable car ride from the mid hill
to the top. There is also the indoor and outdoor
theme park for the whole family to enjoy. The only
casino in Malaysia is located right here. Casino de
Genting offers a most exciting international games
with modern gaming facilities. |

18. FRIM & TEMPLER'S PARK |
Located in Kepong,
16km northwest of Kuala Lumpur is well managed
forest science park. Covering 600 hectares of
experimental plants, arboretum and reforested areas,
FRIM would enable the visitors to experience the
wonders of a tropical forest. There are jungle
trails, a walkway canopy high up in the trees,
waterfalls, a herb garden, a library and museum
exhibiting different species of tropical wood, their
uses and product. Whereas, the Templers Park named
after the former British High Commission Sir Gerald
Templer; is established in a tropical rain forest
reserved believed to be at least 130 million years
old. It offers a beautiful view of nature and
fascinating waterfalls.
