| Opened in 1963, the National Zoo is one of the countries
oldest recreational institutions. Located just 13km from the
heart of the city, it is home to over 4,000 animals from
more than 400 species. Luscious greenery surrounding the
entire 62 acres, makes it a perfect recreational spot. There
are many attractions that can be found at the zoo. Visitors
can watch in glee gentle elephants at the Elephant show.
Animal rides are available. There are also picnic grounds
and children world where children can get closer to the
furry ones. Watch also the animals enjoying their meal
during feeding time. There are so many things that visitors
can do and view at the National zoo. The experience will
